Interested in working toward the credential of RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician)? NHASEA is pleased to offer RBT training which covers the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and implementation of behavioral strategies and techniques when working with students of all ages.
The training is useful for para-educators as well as general and special educators and meets the requirements to sit for the examination to become an RBT; however, it is not required that you become an RBT after this course. For those candidates who take and pass the RBT exam, follow up supervision is required from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This training is based on the Registered Behavior Technician task list. The program is offered independent of the BACB. You can find more information on the task list at https://www.bacb.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/161019-RBT-task-list-english.pdf
