The 2025 Summit for New Special Education Teachers

As New Hampshire strives to recruit and retain special education teachers, the NH Association of Special Education Administrators (NHASEA), in collaboration with the NH Department of Education (NHED), Bureau of Special Education, is pleased to announce it 2^nd Annual NH Summit for New Special Education Teachers.  The NHASEA is the proud organizer of this two day professional learning event and we are currently in process of reaching out to potential exhibitors and sponsors for the Summit. 

This 2^nd Annual Summit will bring together, at no cost to the attendees or the school districts, over 100 talented, passionate, motivated, and dedicated new special educators to engage in two full days of learning, collaboration, networking, and collegial support.  The Summit will offer a range of keynote speakers, and breakout sessions, all centered around specially designed instruction, individual education plans (IEP’s), educator well-being and resilience, family engagement, and the importance of collaboration with general educators.  The goal of the Summit is to support and retain NH’s newest special education teachers by giving them the skills, tools, and ongoing support they need to survive and thrive in their first years in the classroom.  Following the 2-day Summit, there will be continued professional learning sessions, including a mid-year in-person reconvening for Summit attendees to re-charge and prepare for the second half of the school year.  For a full description of the Summit, check out this link for more details.

2025 Sponsorship and Exhibitor Offerings

Exhibitors will be provided with a complete schedule and logistic details by NHASEA Staff prior to the event.

Contract and Payment:

Exhibitor applications and payment can be completed using the NHASEA Website. NHASEA Staff will reach out for additional information to be included with Conference materials. Payment is expected within two weeks from date of completed application. After that deadline, NHASEA reserves the right to assign exhibitor space to another exhibitor as space is limited. Remittance in full must accompany the application/contract.

Participation:

• NHASEA invites and encourages exhibitors to attend all sessions and functions.
• Exhibits are not required to break down daily. It is encouraged that any personal/valuable items be removed when exhibitor is not present at table.
• NHASEA requests that exhibitors not schedule any on or off-site receptions/social events that would conflict with any conference activities.
• All Exhibitors must make their own reservations for hotel rooms if you are planning to stay overnight.

Protection and Liability:

Neither NHASEA nor the owners and operators of hotel or their employees will be responsible for any damage to exhibits or any loss by fire, theft, damage, delay, mechanical failure, or labor trouble which might be caused while exhibitors are utilizing such locations.

Cancellation Clause:

Exhibitors can cancel their table registration and receive a refund up to 35 calendar days before the scheduled training/conference. There will be a $50 administration fee. Exhibitors canceling on or after the scheduled training/conference, will not receive a refund. Sponsorships are non-refundable.
