INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

The NHASEA reserves the right to pivot an in-person program to a remote platform at any time. If the weather forescast calls for inclement weather, NHASEA Staff will reach out to attendees via email and phone to discuss next steps. Attendees are advised to follow the recommend inclement weather protocol outlined in their own distrcits/organizations. 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. No refunds. Attendees should reach out to NHASEA Staff to discuss alternative options. 

Photo and Video Disclaimer

NHASEA reserves the right to use any photo/video taken at any event sponsored by NHASEA, without the expressed written permission of those included with the photo/video. NHASEA may use the photo/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by NHASEA including but not limited to brochures, invitations, newsletter, websites, etc.

All details pertaining to an NHASEA event including but not limited to date, time, location, and resources, will be confirmed via email after registrations are received. Attendees are advised to contact NHASEA Staff if they do not receive event details via their registered email address.
